1)Va falar com Bill, ele está localizado em sua torre ao norte do Centro Pokemon de Cerulean.
2)Ele irá pedir para você levar uma mensagem à Captain Jones, que se encontra no segundo andar do barco que navega entre Cinnabar e Vermilion.
3)Em seguida volte ao Bill para lhe dizer que a mensagem dele foi entregue.

1) Go talk to Bill, it is located in the tower north of the Pokemon Center in Cerulean.
